The Immunotherapy Clinic at McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital provides Miami University students and individuals in Oxford and surrounding communities with convenient immunotherapy services.

Our clinic is staffed with experienced registered nurses who can administer allergy shots as well as various other outpatient injections.

You will find that our specialized immunization clinic can often offer allergy injections in a quicker and more convenient fashion than your allergist's office.

Patients will complete a registration process on their first visit to the clinic. This registration is effective for one year and includes a general consent for treatment and guarantee of patient's account.

Information provided at registration is good for allergy injections only. A new registration is required for any other hospital services.

When you arrive

Allergy serum and complete instructions from the patient's allergist on dosage, frequency of administration, contents, and strength of each vial should be brought to the clinic.

Please note that per our hospital policy, your allergist's instructions/orders must include your allergists' signature and your diagnosis before we can give you allergy shots in our clinic.

These instructions must include information regarding emergency measures in the event of a reaction.

Nurses will reorder your allergy extracts as needed unless your Allergist requires you to do this.
