ABOUT THE TRUST

MISSION

The TRUST mission is to build charitable relationships to provide financial strength for McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital to maintain its independent existence.

FUNDRAISING PRIORITIES

Today’s health care climate is ever-changing with frequent technological advancements for patient care. Our priority is to help McCullough-Hyde stay on the progressive edge of medicine by raising funds for equipment purchases, for continuing education for staff, and for patient programs. Keeping McCullough-Hyde on the leading-edge of medical advancements keeps quality health care in our community.

In recognition of the hospital’s 50th Anniversary in 2007, the TRUST is celebrating the anniversary by launching a special two-year fundraising project to expand the 25-year old Oncology Clinic. With a goal of raising $578,000 in 2007 and 2008 to expand and upgrade the existing cramped clinic, the fundraising project will be the community’s 50th birthday “gift” back to the hospital. A WORKING RELATIONSHIP

The TRUST Development Office works with the hospital’s board of directors to determine how funds are distributed. Hospital needs are evaluated annually to ensure the greatest needs are met first.
